You can access this within TrustAds by heading to the Training section in your left hand menu.

How to submit a ticket:
To submit a ticket, select Contact Us from the top right corner of the Training & Support Centre.
Fill out the required fields, hit submit and a ticket will be automatically raised and assigned in our system.
N.B. This is the best way to get in touch with us, as it provides us with everything we need to best serve your query.
How to use the chatbot:
You can use intelligent search with Trustbot, our new chatbot.
You can access this 24/7 using the icon in the bottom right corner of the Training and Support Centre. You can also speak with support directly from here or raise a ticket.
